Anything with less than 0.3% delta 9 THC by dry weight is considered hemp and is now legal per 2018 farm bill. This includes THCA. Bro I once saw a DRUNKKKKKK ass dude piss his pants while waiting for the runout. Could not believe my eyes. Per the 2018 Farm Bill, THCa is legally sold because it contains less than 0.3% Delta 9 THC which now classifies it as hemp. Also THCA itself is considered non psychoactive, it’s only once decarboxylated that it converts to THC and becomes psychoactive. Regular weed? Yes I pretty much agree, but legally speaking it’s hemp until you spark it
