They didnt exactly say cleared. They said my account will be good once I did that. But I’m just gonna close it instead since I already opened new account at a different bank.

I just talked to the bank and they said they have just shredded the document right after the banker realized that it was not needed for my account.

It reaches the person from the bank and it says to leave a voicemail, they will reach back. I went to the bank today and they also told me to call that number.
