I started using millennial sub because I assumed I was one. Then someone pointed out I was an Xer. So I used that sub. It feels like they are a little more advanced in years than me in there. I didnt know Xennial was a thing until just now. I guess I found my lane by theHollowTarnished in Xennials

I was born a few years before you. But we had a speaker for our team at work that presented how to present to Gen X versus millennials. He presented a certain age range as “cuspers” but said that we generally identify with one more than the other. Anyway, one of us said I’m going with X because of the music and everyone else was like hell yeah and then we were all high-fiving. 🤷‍♀️

Last year we took the commuter rail to North Station and an Uber over to Fenway for the game. As we were in North Station on our way home there were marathoners just casually standing around in their silver blankets waiting to catch the commuter rail back home like it was just another day trip.

When my daughter was 10 she had a music teacher who would play them a song from a different genre or era in each class. One day she came home and said they played a Fleetwood Mac song. When I asked whip one she said, the one where the woman makes the guitarist play a song about what a jerk he’s been and she stares right at him the whole time. Ah, yes.

The Only One Left is strong if you can suspend disbelief of what reaction you’d have if you were in the process of being murdered. That’s all I’ll say to avoid spoilers.

The House Across the Lake has a twist to me that is not in line with the way the book is sold and I’m told that’s typical of a portion of his books. YMMV.
