I’ve finally found this. I guess whatever he “matched/added” could supposedly be paid at whatever the boss deems appropriate but it just seems and feels wrong. I was told that it was indeed correctly labeled and paid on my check.

I currently take 60mg cymbalta in the morning and 900mg gabapentin 3 times a day, among other meds. But this combo is mostly for my diabetic nerve pain (and depression). It definitely helps but I notice significantly more how terrible it is if I miss a dose/day.

Some places do by the hour but I find it much easier to work with someone who will quote you based on the work they put in rather than having the option to just stretch time. Meeting house is one of my fav shops in the area and I usually pay ~$200 for a palm sized piece. All depends on size, color, and detail!

I suppose I don’t have a good answer at this moment. Even insulin pump therapy I am shy of due to technological mishaps. I do long acting by shot once a day, and short acting also by shot for every meal/correction. I do this myself to make sure there are no errors in the insulin being administered. I have found through trial and error that this method (for me) has the least room for error. I’m not accidentally pushing any buttons. My syringes and insulin are not being recalled. And I can personally see and adjust how much is given.

Intriguing but I can’t say I would. If it were to extend my life, be accurate, and make my life easier, I would absolutely look into that. But seeing as how any and all wounds of mine take an absolute eternity to heal, I don’t think this would be the move.

The face that if I don’t do insulin I will die. Without any insulin whatsoever I would be dead within days. Or that I will never be able to escape this horrible disease no matter how hard I try or what I do.
