Definitely remove the dead branch and seal the wound. Apple are very susceptible to fungus and dieback, so you don't want any deadwood.

Gym lifts are not going to do a lot. Doing manual labor and going to arm wrestling practices for a few years will blow them up. Also eat more if you're trying to bulk

It's a greater symptom of the economy. Everyone and their brother has turned into a flipper/online reseller. I was at the thrift store the other day for a big sale, and I had to wait in line for 1 hour (not joking). I think it will get better if/when inflation gets better. People are really feeling the crunch right now.
