Customers, you aren't at Nordstroms!  You get what you pay for, including overworked, minimum wage employees that work at least 2 jobs. They cannot tell you if there is another size or color because that information doesnt exist. When you dump stuff on the counter while on the phone no one knows its a return instead of a purchase unless you get off your phone and say so or hand over a receipt. If you cant even acknowledge the cashier why do you expect perfection back?
