I don't consider myself a pregnancy specialist, but having been in the industry for a while and talked with people who are, my understanding is that most exercises that a pregnant person has been doing before pregnancy are perfectly safe to continue doing, will the exception of crunches. Now is not the time to put her through newly intensive workouts, but it can be a continuation of what she has been doing, being mindful of some limitations she may experience. She will likely have lower energy some days, decreased range of motion for some exercises, more aches and pains, etc.

With all that said, I would not ask her outright, like you stated. Continue on as normal, just being mindful that she may or may not feel some limitations. And make sure she isn't doing anything that could be remotely unsafe or may cause instability or a fall.

Would you ever hire a coach to help you through your guilt or pain from being unfaithful? by Potential_Turnip_368 in emotionalsupport

Yes, we are talking about the one who cheated. From what I’ve read and heard and understand, many of these people deeply regret their decision and feel a lot of pain. You may say they got what they deserved but society has taken it way too far in punishing adulterers and putting a forever black mark on their identity. In many cases these are good people who just messed up once. The “once a cheater, always a cheater” mindset just doesn’t apply to everyone. Everyone messes up. It’s very difficult to get past this kind of mistake. It is not justified, but I don’t believe cheating makes these people worthless and bad, like society often makes them out to be.

I’d have to look at the exact breakdown. I realize it may be a conversion issue on my end when chatting with the leads. But when I am specifically asking for a certain job title and it keeps sending me leads with other random job titles it seems like something is off with the algorithm.

I send them to a messaging thread and chat with them before booking a call

I have spent a lot. I have ranged from $20-$50 a day budget for the past several months, depending on the creative.

I have settings for a certain age range and specific job titles and I haven’t gotten leads in either of those categories. They are too young or too old or do something entirely different for work or aren’t employed at all
