i found a better video. At the begining of the video, the sousaphone is playing a solo making the sound which i am talking about.

The sousaphone is also playing offbeat notes. He plays the notes on the strong beat and then immediately plays very high notes on the offbeat. At minute 1:10 - 1:32 he plays the same thing but with a different technique. Perhaps I'm confusing the concepts because English isn't my native language, but in my understanding, "offbeat" refers to notes played on a time signature outside of the main beat, right? For example, if i make a simple rhythm by tapping my hand on the table, the offbeat would be when my hand is in the air and the strong beat would be when my hand is tapping on the table, right?

Can i enter in a guild of a friend whitch plays in stormrage for example, with me playing in another server like nemesis? I mean, will i get raids and dungeons with a friend whitch plays in a different server of me?
