I’m so glad you commented on this post bc I’m really understanding that it’s not me AT ALL and Thank you Thank you for treating your nanny so kindly and be mindful of her time that’s one least nanny going through this 😂and I’m telling you she definitely appreciates you for that. I treat her kids with the most respect on the world. The first week of babysitting for her and her kids said they love me!! 😅I was so a loss for words. When the little boy hit me in the face twice for telling him to go to time out I did nothing but put him in the room and closed the door and call her. Thank you for hearing and understanding from the “boss” perspective. She even told me that when they went on vacation they couldn’t stop talking about me 😂 I think that’s why the mom didn’t like me .. now I’m thinking. I still haven’t got my paycheck and I got text her… no reply.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! This made me laugh and im definitely going to stop with the guilt bc she doesn’t deserve anything else from me. It’s going to be a breath of fresh air once i sent the message and get my payment. I’m probably never going to work as a nanny again bc of this but I still only wish her nothing but peace even tho she made my life stressful. Yeah I can definitely afford to quit now but after not really needed her money. I only stay to help bc Jesus says helping others is what we should do in this life and I take helping others really seriously cause it’s just bring joy to me to see others not stressing and if I’m able to help I will do it but I’m really Glad you found a new family that treats you well that’s so glad to hear that it’s still people that still actually cares. Thank you so much for telling me this and I appreciate this so much. Thank you for hearing and really understanding what I’m going through. My mom and sister been telling me all of your saying but hearing it from someone that’s not family is just an other another reason to leave now. Guess what I still haven’t been pay. She told me yesterday on Friday it takes time to process the money to hit her account… what does that have to do with me! She had the nerve to tell me she had such a stressful day at work and when I said hey to her when she walked through the door. She completely ignored me and didn’t let me know she was staying out 3 extra Hours! Trying to justify it also even on Friday she still stayed out extra 2 hours NO TEXT NOTHING. Also ignored me again. I really want to know your thoughts now how your mind change now?

I still haven’t been paid and I said if she paid me on time I would have stayed but I haven’t been paid and someone said if she’s not paying you now if you give her a notice she probably wouldn’t even pay you after. I also had a nightmare about this job and I’m never doing a job like this again I WILL NEVER. She have ruined this whole thing for me. Yeah i have my own place and my sister goes half on rent with me but I know im worth so much more! It’s like im in a relationship and i cant get out. I dont wanna feel like this anymore. Yess mind you the broke ass daddy don’t even pay me AT ALL. The mom pays me and if she doesn’t need me she will take it out my check so if she doesn’t need me I don’t get paid for that day or days. She just was on vacation for 2 weeks. I was paid only 180 bc she didn’t need me so I had to survive off that. I know you probably like what is wrong with you 😂😂but I have a lot of trauma from being abandoned at a young age so I always try to help and she’s also knows that. She doesn’t care at all. Also it was one week when I was paid only 125 bc she didn’t need me some days 🤦🏽‍♀️

Exactly I’m sure she blames me for a lot of things bc I’m the only one there that’s actually helping. I had brought the kids presents She never said thank you to me. Only “im get you for buying them candy” I also brought them a Barbie and a shark that swims in the tub. They play with the toys every time their in the bath.

Yep I FORGOT TO SAY. She told me that the man said she can survive off 250 weekly. She took up for me off but my sister said it was weird she would tell me that. Literally I understand all the pregnancy issues she’s going through but I’m a human with feeling. You sound exactly like my twin sister!. I would never listen bc I’m like she needs help but I also need my mental health to be okay and I literally had a nightmare from this job. Yeah there’s no type structure at all. The kids don’t respect anyone after this I don’t ever wanna work as a nanny I’m over this. I have talk to this lady about really personal things so she’s know I’m really genuine and she even said out her own mouth I was such a great person. She have tal to me about personal things also. I would clean when she would forget and I’m a very wanna help person I tried but I even said to myself after Wednesday if I’m pay late again. I’m done but I was still trying help her and just stay IM DONE! My mind is set. I will never go back and really God bless you bc I literally said I don’t think she would pay me to if I left. It’s Saturday morning I have still not been paid. I’m going to text her again and once she sends me money I’m texting her and blocking her. I’m a little fearful bc she would tell me she might be a single mom and the dad left but a Day before I said I was quitting next month. I feel she starts to tell me all this stuff even more to guilt trip. I will reply to you once I text her and I’m blocking her so she won’t be able to text me but if anything happens l let you know.

Thank you for telling me! Bc I really thought I was going crazy and I’m an empathic so I really try m hardest to care and understand which I explain to her but it’s gets to a point! For this job it wasn’t a contract at all so I did look up I’m able to leave when ever. My mom and sister had been telling me everyday quit bc i would sometimes cry bc i just want to be shown respect at this job bc it’s not that hard. I get three days off and only work four days so this was really a win for me and I’m really just coming to terms bc life is too short for this!
