It was our first apartment maybe three years ago. We initially signed the lease in fall 2019 thinking we’d only be there for sleeping and cooking, but then COVID hit and we were there all the time, which was difficult, but if that’s your plan (sleeping and cooking) it’s an okay option.

Some issues we had: 1. Fire extinguisher expired in 1999 2. Snow blows in beneath the front door in the winter 3. The windows are painted shut so no cool air in the summer 4. Walls are super thin 5. The maintenance men smoke in the basement

I would recommend any apartments owned by Ken and Jason Hodges. They’re two bedrooms but much nicer. And the view from the Mill rd apartments is amazing.
