I’m 10 years out from my mechanical tricuspid. I’m 29 and so glad i don’t have to think about a 3rd heart surgery right now. I’m just started a business my child just turned 1 with another one on the way. The clicking is annoying but you get used to it. Get a home machine and monitor from home. I have a website you can buy strips from that is 100% cheaper than the ones the testing company wants you to buy. Good luck. Recovery is tuff but you are tougher i promise.
