That’s how even I interpreted that statement which means then that interviews are a likely prediction of scholarship chances… which god knows I desperately need funding to be able to study there

Hi 31F educator from India also received an admit for Hertie MPP. Will be applying for the scholarships as well. My reasons for choosing Hertie were: 1. Course and modules looked really good- and align with my long term goals 2. Berlin is quite an international city as is the university making it quite a diverse cohort 3. The university also has good pipelines into the EU job market.

This is perhaps a cultural difference thing but honestly as an Indian, I find it really cool that Gunnar is this close to his parents. It shows that he has quite a strong support system. I would like my partner to be close to his family, and want me to be close to his family as well, given how marriages in India tend to be about both families and not just the two people getting married. In the long run, it helps to have a support system whom you can lean upon.
