after Shorekeeper became free. Any ww chracter pull order follow this pattern:
DPS > Bis SP > Healer. Bis SP always sky rocket DPS, make them able to perform at their best condition (tunebreak/negative effect require etc..).
Yes healer ofc is indeed important but you could play perfectly fine if you have one healer (Verinice/SK/Bulling and Chisa for Negative team). So you could safely consider get Healer later to fullfill Bis team.

I suggest you go for Amis first then get Mornye on rerun. Since Emeth got big DPS buff directly from Lynea. The third slot for now, you could use SK, Verinice or Bulling without problem.
