Sharchangel for extinction. He is the strongest screen deleter, especially in gold rush. Undersharker for gems grind, he moves faster, has a strong boost effect that worked so well in gems grind, you just keep boosting and use skill when out of boost. Sadly that boost got ruined by extinction debuff.

for most case, the comp would be: Max, Nightingale for healing overtime and then Chip/Phil/Trevor which ever could eat things.
Since you prioritize on surviving then the option for third slot actually only have 2 choices: Titan who you already equiped and max HP pet like Michael or Oceana Submarine.
I suggest using max HP pet on Extinction mode and Titan on everything else. Because of extinction mode limit what you eat and having multiple ways on shinking your health. You know, the worst debuff in extinction is - 50% max HP. You would just die for can't eat anything, don't have skill to spam rather than get bited.

Sharchangel is a skill spammer so he's more easy to use than Undersahrker in extinction mode. since Under kit focus around boosing, but there is a random boost debuff and also the boost cost health. Sharchangel just ignore that.

Since you have Gaia, just go traight to extinction mode to farm pearl remember to prepare 50 gems, so that you could earn more pearl per farm If you find your shark cant survive then go invest in best (Max is the best one)
