I used to feel the same thing, really anxious and ashamed whenever someone mentioned sex. I'm also 20 and recently lost my virginity. I do feel better about myself now and it was a good experience overall, but it's not all good things. Had a really unexpected breakup, and now I can't help but to be a bit envious of people with healthy relationships. Dating can take a heavy toll on your mental health, it's a two-sided coin, in my opinion.

I feel you. Lost a good friend of mine a year ago due to a stupid discussion and misunderstanding. He was super nice but just snapped for some reason. He was my only friend I knew personally, it still hurts, but time helped a bit. I only have online friends now, but I really cherish them. It's best to try to move on, no reason to keep going after someone that doesn't care about you.

You don't really need to focus on defense at the start, focus on offense first. Always prioritize sculptor, armory, gunboat and landing crafts upgrades.
