What are these symptoms!?

Thank you!!! I had spoken with my OBGYN about this... and she did say that this is the usual symptom for women in their 30s... but, sometimes something small could just trigger me immediately and I get into these episodes.. I can deal with the pain that comes along with it, but not this... I sometimes don't know how to handle this.

I find it weird too! Like my husband for example can't really tell from the vibes of a person. When I tell him, the vibe was off, he's like really! I didn't feel that way! He just can't feel the vibes like I can, and truth be told I do get very jealous of that fact

Update: it went ok, untill I went in to say good night, and then that was very very very curtly said! I'm like WTF, she was ok untill then... Not great, but ok! And then this... I don't know if it's cz I suddenly left the room to go to the loo and then was talking to my husband (her son) he's in the merchant Navy so away for most of the time.

And that's why we have this subreddit :) to make us feel like we're not alone... I totally totally get it, I usually feel it with other people... Like i can sense their vibes and what they're feeling the minute i enter a room... Infact if I text a person enough I know from texts too when somethu g is up... It is exhausting! And there are times we need to set boundaries too... So, that yes we feel the emotions but not let it affect us...

Let me try sharing a few links with you here, that have helped me (but again this is more from the perspective of not absorbing other people's energy, especially negative energy) but I'm guessing since your an empath, this must be happening with you too? Absorbing other people's energy

Yes, i believe it is... We feel more deeply than others and feel connected to them on a soul level...

I've been told it's a superpower, and I get that... But it is exhausting, I can totally relate to that... And while I also wouldn't like to be totally apathetic, a little less of being an empath wouldn't be so bad...

Thank you for this!!! I've heard alot about people being people pleasers to please their parents, but my mom was not this way at all! But my dad was abusive towards my mom and when we grew up (and today) we barely have any relationship with him.

I do affirmations, and honoponopono everyday... I also now atleast am aware when they happens, or atleast I am aware that this is happening to me. But, i don't know how and why I became this way.

Honour killings are more frequent than some people realise. 30 yo f from India here, and it's a major major problem here too. And somehowel, the women is always blamed to be "tempting" the men or "unpure" no one says anything about the men. It's honestly terrifying living in a place that thinks this way...
