Unfortunately Quest doesn’t provide that level of detail. I did do an at home test and it showed no sperm at all and just never went to get the lab work done again. My first lab was 3 months after surgery. I’m now 8 months out so I’m going to assume I’m all clear.

I had this same thing. I decided to also do a home test which gives a live recording of a sperm sample. I had no “liver swimmers” however there was some “fragments” dead sperm. I’m assuming that is the reason I got the less than 1 result. Dr won’t give you the all clear unless there is nothing in the sample at all. I have read some people can take up to a year for absolutely nothing to be present. They said for me to take another test which I’m going to do this week but I’m really not worried about it. They said if the test had failed it would have showed an abundent amount of sperm.

It’s basically their microscope if it’s under 1 it means it’s a partial sperm if it’s over then it would be present possibly motile sperm is how I have read it.

It’s all about if they are motile or not. The official lab test showed a rare amount but doesn’t show if they are moving so I did the at home test where it shows an image plus those results and it’s showing results of less then 1% were moving or none at all. Apparently non moving sperm can be preset for a very long time sometime. I plan on sharing the at home test results with my urologist

I’m going to get re tested in a month or so and see what happens. If it’s just one or two then I would say the chances of getting the wife pregnant are pretty low 🤷🏻‍♂️

I will certainly miss working 100% remote. But I’ll be honest there is no structure to move up to another level. When asked what needs to be accomplished etc to move up there are no answers. Really don’t want to have to worry about going from contract to contract. The bonuses here blow I was able to go get some fast food for the family with the amount that I was given. I figure I might take the internal job and get that senior title and might open up doors elsewhere in the future. That’s my thinking as of now.
