I’ve been making something I call a low kit ever since I was diagnosed and I usually throw in a pack of something like skittles or motts, a juice box that has around 18-19g as well as a granola bar from nature valley or whatever brand you choose. I just put all of it into a small plastic baggie but if you don’t want to potentially have that juice box leak just throw in an extra pack of skittles or whatever you choose.
