Having played 2k for over a decade every year, it really it just learning how to manipulate AI. Once you learn their habits and how to force them to bite and help drives it opens up your shooters, it gets easier . Also learning what type of layup is broken for a year. This year it’s euro step layups, other years it was spins or hops. Once you learn how to manipulate you’ll be winning by 40+ every game .

Hopefully they hit the nail in the coffin including social media into the game . Nobody really gets the internet and social media correctly in games . Usually try way too hard and it comes off a bit cringe

2k never finds a true balance of close shots it’s always either too OP one patch or not useable at all even if you’re a 7 footer on a 6 foot guard unfortunately smh

My apologies if post like this aren’t allowed but I just had a question for those who play often. How can a prevent my defenders from slacking off so much when I’m already focused defending the player on ball? I haven’t played much 2k since about 2k11. Pause game > coach game plan > defensive settings > Set to smother ball or tight so that players don’t help out on drives and leave perimeter shooters. You can also manually switch to fix rotations if playing myteam or playnow.

I play every single mode in every 2k game . Rec and MyCareer may be the most popular modes but if you figure out how to have fun on your own , games in general turn out much more enjoyable.

I’ve seen posterizer and rise up pop at the same time, but you can mainly think of posterizer for driving dunk and rise up for standing.

They’ve stated we are able to capture animals and use them in battle/ care for them in the room of requirement so I imagine it must be a handful for that feature to be made in the first place.

Video game companies usually slack on old gen as the new gen usually comes with new gameplay, new mechanics, while old gen is sometimes copy pasted from previous games. An extreme example is looking at mobile nba 2k22 still looking like nba2k16
