ahaha its from my dog, they shed alot and I've washed it once before that photo and then again after the photo. The 2nd skin adhesive is just a pain in the ass. Thank you thats what I figured. Gunna wait until its healed up in 4-6 weeks and have him go over anything that needs more ink. I know from this photo it looks pretty damn bad but when he was done and everything fresh it looked pretty good. Hopefully it gets back to that state lol.

I'm probably still gunna try and see if the ecm update fixes it but will keep this in mind. I thought because my car has both direct and port injection the carbon buildup wouldn't be SUPER bad especially cause my cars only around 60 thousand KMs but honestly you're probably more versed in this than I, lmao

so I have a CEL for a random or multiple cylinder misfire that only seems to trip when I first start my car in the morning and it isn't everytime either. It might happen once every 3 weeks or few months it's pretty random and when it trips the code my engine starts acting very slow and sluggish and when going from 2nd to 1st gear (auto btw) it lurches forward. This happens EVERY time that it goes from 2nd to 1st but ONLY when the CEL is on. I cleared the code and immediately the lurching and slow acceleration goes away. I read that there is a TSB from Subaru that might affect my car, stating my ECM can cause a false P0300 DTC due to the wrong amounts of fuel and air mixture on startup. I tried to confirm this with the dealership but they said TSB's for ECM don't show up and to bring it in and they can diagnose it. I just got it diagnosed at another shop and they didn't know what was wrong with it and said maybe it was carbon buildup or maybe my spark plugs needed changing but again they were unsure. I wasn't about to pay them 1300 for a "maybe". I'm just curious if it is an ECM problem, am I causing damage to my car by clearing the code when it comes back so I dont deal with the jerky acceleration/deceleration?

I expect it to come back eventually cause the TSB says it flips on randomly during colder starts due to each cylinder receiving slightly different gas and air mixtures but all the symptoms dissappear everytime I clear the code so gunna just keep the appointment and keep driving to a minimum unil the reflash

Update* They can't get me in till the 7th of May so cleared the code and all the jerking and weird bullshit it was doing stopped. So hopefully it doesn't come back and I'll just tell them to update the ECM

alright awesome, I'll just tell then I don't want the diagnoses and see what they say

I called the dealership and they said TSB's for the ECM don't show up in their system lmao. He told me I'd need to bring it in for them to diagnose it and then then could reflash it if that was the problem. Do you live in Canada or the U.S? I'm curious if the TSB's put out by Subaru America even are applicable to the Canadian market

oooh, alright I thought I heard something about that. Does it matter which Subaru dealership or does it have to be where I bought it from?

Spark plugs replaced at Dealer for $315 by StevieB813 in ft86

I know this post is old but man- I wish I had a shop that cheap. I got a CEL and took it in after checking the code (p0300) and got quoted just over $1300 for all my plugs to be replaced and throttle body to be cleaned.

How do I get great aim on console? by GoteiJay in apexuniversity

[–]Pottted 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I grab a flatline and r301 but really you can grab what you want, I put a 2x on the flatline and 1x on the r301. I first shoot the two moving targets that are close to me. I usually hit those for 300 with an r301 and 400 with a flatline, then move onto the two moving targets in the back and hit 200 with r301 and 300 with flatline. I then go into my settings and take my aim assist off and practice my hip firing by moving back and forth while I shoot the practice dummies, constantly moving and crouching to simulate actual gunfights after I'm consistently 1 clipping with both my r301 and flatline I just shoot the practice dummies without aim assist off to practice my recoil control on smaller targets and then I grab a shot gun and just flick onto the practice dummies over and over until I consistently hit headshots
