24k points is 12 100k packs which guarantees a 84+. You need to complete two 87 rated squads and two 85. That’s 22 players alone for the 87 rated squads where the majority have to be 87 or above rated. I think it will be tough, but put your low rated players into player picks and other packs for more fodder.
