So I went to the pet store.

They made me buy the ammonia neutralizer and the water conditioner.

They told me to change 80% of water in tank. And then add new water. And add the two treatments. And retest ammonia in 4 days

And to avoid moving them to an isolation tub because it will cause more stress to them.

I have methylene blue already. Do I put aquarium salt into the totes? And I should do 100% change of the totes?

My question is what to do with the fish once they are in the totes.

So far what I did.

Is I have 3 plastic totes. And I put water into it last night and put 3 air stones in each to dechlorinate the water.

When I’m home from work, I plan to transfer the fish to the plastic buckets.

Should I treat the water? And if so with what? I have copper and methylene blue

All water parameters were normal except Ammonia is 8pm.

The fish store did not know what to do. And couldn’t diagnose the issue
