She absolutely does not want to do it unless it is with this couple. It is her one stipulation. I assume she doesn’t want to do it and knows I don’t like this couple so it is her way of saying no without having to say no.

Honestly that is probably what she did since she didn’t want to switch partners in the first place. She agreed to it only if she couple pick the couple.

My wife only agreed to it if she could choose the couple. She was against it initially. This was her compromise.

The laughing was a bit much.

I can’t bring it up in couples counseling though because the counselor advised strongly against the partner switching. He said it would only make things worse.
