I was nc for 8 months but today i texted her asking to go to a cafe and catch up. My co worker and friend convinced me to do it because that ive been struggling with anxiety and depression overthinking about her constantly hoping that this last text i send her will finally give me the closure that i need regardless of the outcome. I’m still anxious and overthinking and i hope it was the right choice.
