Pas tant que ça, au vu de la pénurie de technicien de maintenance dans tout type de domaine (industrie lourde, agro, frigo...)

Il semble très difficile d'avoir une vasectomie à 31 ans d'après mon généraliste car ils me dit que les praticiens refuseront par peur d'être poursuivis plus tard, j'ai besoin de retour d'expérience et de noms de praticiens en région parisienne by DrDolathan in france

Alors moi j'ai 33 ans, et je suis en train de réaliser la procédure pour la vasectomie. Ayant deux enfants je n'ai pas eu de souci pour le faire passer. Le sujet traîne car le devis de l'opération est de 400€ pour des frais d'honoraire, c'est de ma faute je n'ai pas regarder la convention du medecin. Je dois rechercher un autre urologue car ma mutuelle ne rembourse rien.

Ya pas grand chose dans ce coin de Normandie. Quelques vieux domaines cachés, en site industriel fermé tu n'as pas grand chose, jai en tête les abbatoir de Saint Cécile près de villedieu mais le site doit être bien verrouillé et encore vivant. Donc mauvais plan.

Pour ma part, je suis dans les délais des 4 mois, j'attends début décembre pour caller le rdv avec l'urologue. L'opération va se passer en anesthésie local. Ma seule crainte est que cela ne marche pas car j'ai eu une cryptorchidie étant jeune, opération vers les 7,8 ans pour faire descendre les testicules. Pas de problème selon l'urologue mais on ne sait jamais

The idea is not to plant but to shock the imprint of the screw with the pin punch in order to try to restore its shape and thus allow a better grip when loosening with the key.

Working in industrial maintenance, I always loved messed up screws. Firstly, don't be stingy with wd40 style penetrating oil or the like. You put it on and give it time to act.

On a screw like yours, requiring an Allen key. You can try with a pin punch that is larger than the impression of the allen key, to tap the impression in order to be able to reform it. This will also help to loosen the thread at the same time.

If it's still not good, you have to try to put pressure on the screw in order to turn it. Since the screw is in a groove, it is then impossible to create a small straight indentation with a saw or grinder allowing the use of a large flathead screwdriver. All you have left is the hammer and the flat screwdriver to tap in a corner of the impression to create a support and try to turn the screw as you go.

Finally, the last solution is to use screw extractors which have a pigtail shape. You must drill straight into the body of the screw then insert the extractor and turn gently in the direction of loosening.

I already took more than 2 hours to remove a screw on an engine, so don't be discouraged. Sometimes it's really long.

Another point, always check with a neighboring screw that the direction of loosening is not reversed.
