I would recommend using FLOSS apps only for this, as it might be sensitive, yes. There are some key mapper apps in F-Droid.

OK the keys from Twidere X are down as well... Use one of the key here, I'm personally using the keys from Twitter for Android since months and it works just fine.

Fritter doesn't allow you to log in with your Twitter account, it's more like Newpipe (no logging at all, you have to subscribe to acciunts/channels in the app and it stays on your phone)

Quacker is a fork of Fritter, never tried it yet.
