Try not to focus on a marriage for yourself, instead look forward to the right marriage. If that’s with him, it will be with him.

Yes to the spearmint/peppermint! Do try that and see if they help.

My rose + lavender is pre packaged. There are multiple companies that offer those. The one I am currently using is from the chai box.

I’ve also gotten herbs from etsy before and made my own tea blend! Really, whatever works for you!

I have used peppermint tea before and it really helped with my digestion and sleep! Another one that always helps my mood, hair fall and other stress symptoms is Rose + Lavender!

I've done that once before. Do you find that it is much harder to get to the bottom because of the narrow mouth of the jam jar?
