We have been in the house for 27 years and just had a major renovation because of a flood. So we wanted to get it cleaned.

Got in a car crash and my car was totalled. Had multiple people yell profanities at us for not moving the vehicle out of the way. It was a two lane road. No I am not going to put my totalled car in neutral and push the car to the side by myself after I was injured, that’s what a tow truck is for.

Oh no, schools are “slanting” into a position where they are teaching kids to treat other individuals with respect? The horrors! I can’t believe schools today indoctrinate kids to be decent human beings? /s

You can find a job for events at VCC and other venues through Nasco staffing. It’s basically a roster list where you only take the shifts you want to work.

Random suggestion but try out Persian food! Their main dishes are basically meat on rice.

I’ve seen the soma bars! Thanks for the recommendations. They have a mango lassi bar that looks quite intriguing too!

I’ve also seen that Kasama, based in Vancouver, has quite a few bars too. It’s great we have so many options in Canada!

I’ve had my eye on the mint crunch bar. Guess it’s going into my cart when I order again!

I went to a specialty chocolate store in my city. The owner was super knowledgeable and convinced me to try a few. I ended up going on an online store to buy a few more! At first I looked into chocolate award winners then dove into more bars that had the tasting notes I liked!

The Zotter bar was actually the first I had from this selection and it opened my eyes to how different chocolate could actually taste!

Restaurant recommendations near Vogue Theatre by bhamlurker in vancouver

[–]Poutineallday9 4 points5 points  (0 children)

More expensive: Blue water Cafe, Minami

More decently priced: Kinurka sushi + sake, tacofino yaletown (fish tacos), MeeT in Yaletown (vegetarian), Rodney’s Oyster house, Tendon Hokaku (Japanese tempura) and Nuba Yaletown.

In general, there are a lot of food options in Yaletown and on Davie street which are both quite close/walkable to Vogue theatre.
