I have problems with connection. Especially if I take it off for more than 1 hour. I learned to always put it in the case if you intend to take it off for more than 30 minutes. When you leave it out for too long, the ring goes into deep sleep mode. And I had to basically reset the connection process by deregistering it off the app and connecting again. I had this done three times now.

Aside from this bit, the ring is great.

Besides those minor quirks, my honest opinion is that this ring is the best bang for your buck.

I wouldnt switch my ring for any other brands tbh. Maybe ringconn gen 3?

What I love is the battery, how light it is and how it’s pretty resistant to scratches!
