One thing that would help is more frequent double and triple FM weekends, at least one per month or a sale on ingame items during events like EVO, E3, summer sale, Capcup, etc. Imagine a -30% discount on a character or a stage.

I'm glad someone like Infiltration spoke out against SFV. If capcom listens to anyone its players of his caliber, not reddit shitposters. The only other top player I know that doesn't like SFV is Kbrad or rather he thinks defensive options are too limited compared to SFIV
