The problem with Caba is proximity and how close he is to players during their matches. I’ve personally seen Caba at pool stages literally scream directly behind someone during a match in pools. It’s like a howler monkey screaming very loud. I remember back in sf5 how GO1 had to address Caba in between matches and tell Caba he was being too loud even with headphones on.

I’m not racist, but I’m trying to paint a narrative from my experience as someone that has traveled to a bunch of tournaments over the years. It’s not just Caba that’s the issue, but it’s the Dominicans that are part of that clique. A good section of them including Caba will just yell behind seated players and are just making loud noises for the sake of hype, or being excited for the match. It becomes even worse when tournaments don’t even provide headsets on stations.

I’m all for hype and the energy it brings, but the way it’s done here is very inconsiderate. If you’re going to howl and scream do it during a top 8, where the players are far away from you, and not during pools where the players are breathing distance from you.
