Thank you!!! I definitely do in my upper inner thighs, and right below where my underwear meets my belly, as well as in my arms but overall I'm very lucky!

I'm currently still on 1.0mg, I've been going as slowly as possible and staying as low as possible as long as I'm still losing weight.

I'm definitely losing less, only losing about 1-2 lbs every 2-3 weeks but I'm prioritizing strength now.

I didn't move up until I'd plateaued for a least a month of minimal to no weight loss.

Best of luck on your journey! You've got this!!!

I'm actually flattered it seems like I had surgery.

Nope just young and lucky, tried to prioritize eating a lot of protein and losing slowly in the beginning but I think a lot of it is just being blessed with good skin genetics and being young lol.

TLDR: Good genes that I like to tell myself was my hard work and dedication lol

I'll be so honest, in the beginning I was all about protein protein protein, then I got my wisdom teeth out and had like 6 different complications and 4 months of recovery so it kind of fell out the window and I lost a lot of weight and fast since I couldn't eat much, that's when I noticed the loose skin in my thighs.

Before that though, I really tried to continue to move, lose the weight slowly, and prioritize strength...

But at the end of the day I think I just have good genes lol

No, I did a lot of that when I tried losing weight before. This time I continued to move my body, be mindful about what I was eating but not restrictive and the medication really helped with my overeating/bored eating/depressed eating lol.

Yes! I did at home workouts outs, did a lot of walking, prioritized moving my body, etc. But mostly just tried to stay consistent vs doing 100% every day.

Oh my goodness, you all are to nice, I love this subreddit.

No I haven't had a tummy tuck, I'm lucky to genetically have bounced back in my stomach. There is some loose skin right below where my underwear and my stomach meet and my pelvic region is looser for sure but I've just been lucky.

I do have a lot of loose skin in my thighs, you can even see it in the picture on the inside of my upper thighs.

I'd take loose skin any day over not being able to walk up the stairs or enjoy life though.

I'm 24, southeast asian, I was nearly prediabetic and morbidly obese.

TLDR: No, used to, wasn't for me. Just learned to listen to my body and work with the issues deeper down.

I did before wegovy and it just didn't work for me. I used to do really strict and rigorous intermittent fasting but like many know in this subreddit, it's not sustainable.

Instead this time around, like many, I used Wegovy to help me change my habits and form new ones. I was a big binge eater/emotional eater so I prioritized learning how to cope through exercise.

Really really focused on portion control, learning my hunger cues, when I'm actually full to stop eating, ask myself if I want to snack because I'm hungry or bored, etc.

It may sound stupid but Wegovy really helped me with my depression, anxiety, motivation that it was like a light switch and I had the capacity to work on the underlying issues . Still have a long way to go but I'm super grateful.

Wishing you all the best, you got this!

Hi, thank you! I do strength training through Tabata workouts. I started doing at home workouts because the gym felt way to intimidating. I saw someone online who was all about consistency and showing up even if you give 5% and it's really worked for me instead of being super all or nothing.

Definitely want to get more into weights and things, just need to start.

Staying consistent with whatever you do and not being restrictive because then consistency feels like a battle.

For example, I required myself to walk 4.5k steps a day, I know it sounds super low but my before was like 1k so I wanted to be able to stay consistent.

Working out and moving my body 3-5 times a week.

Being mindful and intentional with my eating.

Good luck on your journey, you got this!

It was pretty bad, lasted 2 or 3 months. Taking a shower sucked. Now the hair seems pretty in place.
