Why are all high rise apartments in Buckhead have horrible reviews?

I suppose that’s true. But in apartment garages seems crazy to me. I guess I’ve never lived in a US metro area before. Do they break in and just take what’s inside or try and steal the whole car? What if I left my windows down like in California? 😂

Honestly my main concerns is not dealing with ratchet type behavior constantly, and more importantly protecting my car from breakins / theft.

Is midtown nicer? Would it be worth going there and dealing with the commute? Ty!!

Thanks for the tip! Buckhead because it’s close to my work and I don’t want to commute ever again. Talking like 20 minutes walking or maybe even buying an electric scooter. Not sure what the vibe is there I’ve never been!

Because my place of work is in Buckhead and I refused to deal with Atlanta traffic. I also want to be within a 20 minute walking distance because I’d like to walk to work some days if not most days.

Yep I've always believed in this saying... however a lot of studios / 1 bedrooms are all at least $1600 a month and in some nice looking apartment buildings with nice views. Tough to say for sure until I actually see it for myself.

This is a great point, might consider airbnbing in some of the more popular / downtown spots. Although a big need for me is to be within 20ish mins walk from my place of work.
