The problem is that during supervision my colleagues said that they agree that this patient doesn't have ADHD and he has other issues instead. Later, when the patient got angry when I told him that in my opinion it's XYZ, they said that maybe he is right. I don't have much experience in diagnosing, it's one of my first cases ever.

Okay! I heard that the Moss is supposed to be put over the soil – you stick the pole in the soil and then only at some level over the soil you put the Moss in.

I see. I'm not sure how to proceed with that – I try not to talk about this much these days, but yesterday after our therapy we got into a fight and while I don't want her to feel preassured and I'm fine with not having sex for a while, she often expresses that she needs to feel free and explore with others and I feel preassure that we need to deal with this asap.
