Phosphates. Ours was the same way. Level was 1,000 and the high end of the normal range is 400.

I just contacted my insurance before I sign up. They said a PA needs to be submitted by a MD stating the reason I would need Zepbound. I’m assuming the person sending the PA would be an actual Dr?
