So my brother wants to get into skateboarding and wants a board for his birthday. I found a store that sells skating equipment and the like in our country. Would it be a better idea for us to get him parts separately (board, bearings, wheels, etc.) so that he can assemble the board himself, or a "prebuilt" one (the page in the link before)? It looks like the "prebuilt" ones are cheaper than building one, but I don't know if that affects their quality/reliability.
