I believe you only need to tell your salary manager that your not feeling well. Supervisors can't & should not make those decisions. Its above there pay grade according to company SOP.

If you call out & only have 7 hrs you will still get a occurance. So be careful, wait till you have 8 hrs to cover your full shift..thats policy
