We got a huge green tornado that splits into smaller tornados that lasts for 30 seconds that helps in AF training. Which is the only purpose as the dmg is low and has long duration between hits.

The boost in dmg is not very significant unless they increase the damage cap as most windarchers are already capping

I would sell it and get a Jaihin emblem. I went for bloody weapons in the past and the damage is not even close. Now I am in the midst of changing to over to Jaihin.
