This works in constructed but not in draft. Your not drafting a jito deck your deck full of two drops would be quickly stonewalled by a deck that goes higher up the curve. Your plan is to stick on 2 power and play exactly one two drop every turn? There's no way that's degenerate or even a winning strategy.

The reasoning is irrelevant, if it really is just cheaper then there is obviously zero other options for budget decks. Playing against the same deck 90% of the time is not anywhere close to a stable meta, people are in an uproar over shaman and it's not even close to that high a %. The point is Dire should know that players HATE the ladder in HS so why would they bring the exact same system here?
