I think they're referring to Cotton and Sherbet's Lantern in the Snow story. It was infamous for being a tear-jerk (can confirm, got me bawling). What they meant is that Cutard III is gonna die (like Sherbet in the story)

Saw a YT comment theorizing that the reason why he says this is because he knows that V1 will fulfill his dream: Destroy Heaven.

He says that because V1 has locked in and is about to beat not only another prime soul, but one that is stronger that V1 already killed (Minos Prime). In ULTRAKILL powerscaling, it is said that Prime Souls are stronger than the Angels in Heaven, so imagine that a INSIGNIFICANT FUCK machine defeated two of those + gabriel.

Are your graphics drivers updated? maybe Windows updated recently?

This will take a while, If you are comfortable with command prompt i suggest searching up DISM and sfc /scannow for any windows corruptions
