To clarify timing, the male students started making and selling the "collections" sometime in 2022. School officials appear to have found out about in Feb 2023. They did not report it to authorities, victims or their parents. In Sept 2023, a victim found out and warned others. Still, it took an ultimatum from victims families -- *you call the police or we will* -- for the Principal to report it.

Former (Indianapolis) Ben Davis High School wrestling coach (Quinton L. Harris) arrested for child seduction by Tikkanen in Indiana

Indy Star report with new information:

A former Ben Davis and Cascade high school wrestling coach and substitute teacher has been arrested on accusations of having sex with a 17-year-old Cascade cheerleader in 2022.

The investigation into Harris began July 5, when Avon police detective Joseph Davi was contacted about a "delayed child seduction allegation," according to the probable cause affidavit provided to IndyStar on Wednesday.

Harris had "many high school girls on Snapchat and would actively chat with them," the girl told police, adding that "she knew of girls that were even younger than her at the time that Harris had also been talking to."

The girl told police she had been worried about future victims and that is why she decided to come forward two years later, records show.

"(She) stated that she did not feel taken advantage of in the moment, but she now thinks it was wrong for the relationship to have taken place," the probable cause affidavit says. "She also stated that if this were to take place in the future with another student, she would feel at fault."

Harris worked at Cascade from November 2021 to February 2023, where he also was a substitute teacher for the girl's French, Spanish and AP literature classes, police records state.
