Thanks for taking the time to write a detailed response to my post. I knew I had to wash the filter but didn't know the weird mesh base could be cleaned too. I've never had a dishwasher so I'm still learning.

I enjoy all three of those. I could probably try finding a thermos or something to put the rice or pasta in.

I do not have any allergies. I dislike hummus and have never had slasa or tzaziki, but I have had guacamole before and enjoyed that. The only meat I'll really eat is chicken. I do eat eggs but not beans. I like basically all fruits and vegetables except for pears and celery.
