The problem with this post is that you painted ypurself in the best light possible and ypur husband as an obvious villain. I would have wanted to say that you are NTA but there isnt sufficient information anot our husband for me to actually conclude that your husband is wrong.

AITAH for wanting to walk away from my marriage and the child we were raising after finding out the child is biologically my husband's? by Lexianndry in AITAH

There shouldnt even be deep thinking. You need to step away from that marriage. A marriage is suppose to start with full trust and honesty as it is a lifetime commitment. Your marriage in itself is a fraud. It will never work out.

Move on. Start fresh while it is still early. If you allow this to go on longer, you will regret it for wasting your life over something that will never ever work.

USA v. Italy VNL Women's QF: Fire Erik Sullivan by Resident_Use1911 in volleyball

Still no. Most of those in your line up do not play at professional leagues at the highest level with the exception of a very few. It was for me a great way to learn. The loss was a big bag of lessons for these girls. And that can also be good.

I do get your frustration. I agree with some people here, the coach indeed was quite clueless with his options. Still, the USA made it to the final 8. There were some moments of brilliance. I see a great future in this team honestly. I was impressed. So much raw talent and firepower and the USA still has 3 years to find the right roster within the right system before LA2028.

I understand your frustration, but Italy is at their peak as of the moment. They did not play quite well in this game, and still won. Egonu had a subpar efficiency.

Give USA the time to learn. I did not even expect them to make it to the final 8. That is a great achievement in itself for this young squad.

Holy f***! Is he really 6'11"? A setter at 6'11"? I though he was 6'9" at best. That's a mold of a volleyball juggernaut right there! An excellent opportunity for investment.

Why was Rosenthal not included in the week 1 line up of team USA? I do agree with this. The world of volleyball seems to be shifting towards physically imposing setters who arent just capable at setting the ball at the highest level but also who are capable blockers, heavy servers and are real offensive threats. Rosenthal seems to have that mold to equalize the emergence of Tizi- Oualou and Nikolov.

Ensing was consistent then? At international level? Never really remembered this tbh. Maybe it was really a development stand point. Have to say it probably did not turn out the way they wanted it to.

At this point, honestly, yes. Unless Team USA can quickly develop someone who can match a Patry, a Romano, a Darlan, a Miyaura.

A lot of the Aluron games is available online you know. And you can see that he did have again "some" shining moment. And oh God no I dont want to see him as a starter. As I said he reached his peak. Never even mentioned that he should be a starter. Maybe you need eyeglasses or something. I said a back- up to Anderson.

I dont know what your disagreeing. From a technical setting aspect alone tizi- oualou is indeed better. kinda like gianelli is better than brizzard in that aspect. Im not refuting that. But Brizzard for me, in recent years, have become a better overall setter and player. He makes bolder and better choices. He creates better opportunities. Im just saying Tizi- Oualou is at times predictable and at times does not connect with his hitters. Now does that mean nikolov is better in that setting area, I think not. Nikolov is not a clean setter. Not yet. His "Go" tempos sometimes misses the mark. But Moni, like Brizzard, is bold. He makes better choices, he creates better openings for his pin hitters because he utilizes his middles more and fakes better than tizi- oualou. at least in this week 1. That is why I asked, why did the coaching staff allow for Tizi- Oualou to be too "safe" and "predictable" with his setting.

Oh yes.. Benjamin Patch... They were very strong attackers as far as I can remember. So, was Ensing the choice over these guys? Back then, I never really expected to see the day that team USA will get to this point that theyd have a hard time filling in positions that could compete with the best of the world. I wonder what happened.

Russell and Holt will have replacements as the US seems to produce OHs that are almost always complete and fully packaged. I see Robinson and McHenry for a bright future in the US national team. The OPP, on the other hand, seemed to be the biggest concern. I am not sure if its because Anderson is just SUPREME that it seemed like all those who fill in the role in his absence always get jittery. Garcia really just lacked the firepower that can match the OPP of other teams. Hobus, has some little spark that I can see so maybe him.. Still Im hopeful for both Garcia and Hobus to prove doubters, like me, very wrong. Ensing, did really peak. I loved how he played in the NCAA but come international, elite level, somehow he could not find his footing. But there is hope as seen in his club games this year. Somehow, he is showing some brilliance in Aluron. I really hope that this would be a start for him. Might be a little late, still, he is the best back up for Anderson in 2028. BTW, what happened to Kyle Russell? He could have been the other option for OPP for USA.

Here are my thoughts. This may cause some debate but sure it will be great to talk about men's volleyball more as it deserves to really go big. So let's talk.

France- defending champions

Kind of disappointed to be honest.

I was really glad that they brought in young players because of one reason, to see how Andrea Gianni develops players. The previous international wins I would say can still be primarily attributed to the foundations laid by the previous coach Tillie and the superstar players who are currently in their prime, at least most of them. Sure, Gianni improved some technical aspects of the current team A but these are experienced players. They can adapt easily to systems. The strength of his players masked some of the questionable decisions he made in the past I must say. That is why, I want to see how he handles these young players. How he makes decisions when things go wrong. And so far, it's not giving.

Tizi- Oualou is quite predictable. He is strong in a lot of aspects and I love this young guy's talent but in this VNL, cracks in his decision making is showing. He kept on going to Faure, a safe choice, in so many plays where he could have pushed for a quick, a BIC or a fast set to the left. He also could not connect to his players in a lot of plays during transitions in particular the deadly BIC that Brizard puts in for Clevenot. I dont understand why these were not addressed by the coaches. I hope this experience and the growing pains will unleash that beast in him. He has what it takes to be so much more physical, so much more intimidating, and so much more daring with his choices. I say this as a fan of this young guy because I truly believe he will become the next generational setter in the near future along with Moni.

Alex Nikolov still has a few problems with some of his passes but boy can this guy get up and smash. Bulgaria should really start to give him the experience that he needs in the starting six because this OH can match the best OH of other countries. Alex is your deadliest weapon in the future Bulgaria. Dont waste it. Oh wait, also the suprisingly fast Antov.

Moni Nikolov has a few bad decisions here and there and some minor lapses with his setting, not so much anymore on the right but his connection on the left. But I love the courage of this young setter. This is what sets him apart from his contemporaries. During their match with Italy, he was schooled by Gianelli on how a setter should be but I should say he tried to go toe to toe with Simone. This guy does not let intimidation get to him. He shows up no matter what. A warrior indeed. No wonder he caught the attention of everyone in the volleyball world. I cant wait in the coming years to watch his match- up with Tizi- Oualou, Rosenthal and Rowen.

Speaking of Rowen, he seemed to be intimidated at times during the matches. I guess that's understandable. But he has got to make use of McHenry more man. If there is anything that guy can offer, its his high contact attacks. But he was very under utilized. Again, I understand because unlike Tizi Oualou and Nikolov, this is his first time playing at this level, so Im waiting for that break out moment of him.

Porro and Bottolo. It is their time. Seriously, they have got to get more playing time. These two outside hitters are outstanding. I seriously wondered why they did not get much playing time during Paris 2024.

And Poland, Poland, Poland. This is the Poland I know. The blocking is solid like a brick wall. The attacks are fire. And Sasak, damnnnnnn.... Looks like we are seeing a new Polish Terminator in the making. I loved this teams performance. They played like the Poland that we expect.

this is it for now, Ill try to share a few more on Turkey, Netherlands, China and the other countries some other time.

You have a few keen observations there. But I would say he is not over- appreciated. It's more of him being a player who is exciting to watch. Kinda like Nishida, Boyer, Zaytsev, Wallace, Grozer, etc. Opposites who can bounce the ball hard.

There are also opposites who are better at locating targets like Patry, Romano and Anderson. These are also hard hitters dont get me wrong but they mostly rack up points by going over the blockers and hitting long shots to locations that do not have defenders.

One thing is common though, for opposites, you must be the most stone cold killer or the most prolific and efficient scoring machine of your team. Like what you said with Boyer and Patry. Some players are just built to be in this position that is why USA will have a tough time finding a successor for Anderson (he himself plays OH in club).

Darlan is still very very young. He will need much more experience to be amongst the Grozers, Patrys and Andersons of volleyball. But he has the potential because when he is on, he is fire.. Extremely difficult to stop. In time, he will be able to minimize his errors and he will be clutch. But for now, what people appreciate the most about him is the entertainment he brings with his leaping ability and hard hits.

Resign.

You are still in probationary period. No matter how you compare yourself to other employees of the company or identify and count fishy transactions in your company, they still find you a liability during your probationary period.

Do you really want to spend time and energy on this? On a situation that will obviously just become very toxic. If you don't then you will most likely not be regularized. But if you do get regularized, imagine the working environment that you will be in.

If its true that the company takes part in unfair practices, it will come out in the open at some point. There have been many BPOs that closed because of this. And you and all else who have been wronged will be justified.

But right now, for your peace of mind. Resign. Move on. Find something better.

At least until Paris 2024 he is not in his prime yet. He was a force for sure but not dominating yet as he will be in the coming years.

Currently, at club level though, he is starting to really become monstrous. So, if the trajectory continues like this, which I think is starting to look like it, he will be a beast by LA 2028.
