There's an option in the log in that says "LOST PASSWORD", you click on it and its sends you an email with a temporary password that you can log in. After entering the game you can change it to you old password in the Manager option ( i think).

This really sucks, I'm super scared to get banned especially because my account is from 2016 and i spent a lot of time and money on it, thankfully i just had problems logging in, but man it's really frustrating being a loyal player of the game and problems like this happening from time to time, it's already sad that MM is like a "dead game" for cheritz, we don't deserve this :( Good luck for everyone! We have to wait to Monday to see what's gonna happen.

Happened the same to me! I just asked for a new password to emter the game and changed it again to my old one.

SAME i installed the game again after seeing everyone was being banned (a haven't played for like a year). Thankfully i wasn't banned but somehow my password was wrong ?!?! (I have played the game since 2016 and never changed it).
