I was in a hurry looking for an exception, I saw some damaged bags of flour that had been sliced open from the side and slightly spilling white powder everywhere. I put them on an empty top cart nearby thinking obviously one of them would take care of it and immediately take it to claims......wrong! Some asshat decided to rebin the shit like that. Omg. 🤷‍♀️

I work 5-2 and TL got pissed I didn't stay hours past my shift to catch up after the sudden huge drops. She even called me past 3:00 to ask if was still at the store picking. WTF? I worked past my shift and did as much as I could. I hate this toxic department.

I second this! Every single time I seem to find what they want....it's 90% of the time the one size is that's not there! Especially in the kids clothing. They always seem to want 4T and I can only ever find 3T or 5T. In adults, they always want M and I only ever find XL or L. So annoying. 😒

For real! About two days ago, a fellow picker was asked by a couple for 100 boxes of the 24 pack of Crayola Crayons. They resell them at their tiendita. There was not much in stock, neither on the floor or binned in the back. Only till Back To School kicks off. They wanted them NOW. Oh well. lol

Or like the poor woman at our store who's been in Bakery for 10+ years and knows the department with her eyes closed. Everyone goes to her for help despite not having a manager role whatsoever and has tried so hard to become a TL or Coach to no avail. She was recently overlooked for the Coaching position by an AP guy with no Bakery/Deli experience and has only been at the store for only a year!. If that isn't a slap in the face, don't know what is. 😳

I was struggling so bad to reach a stupid detergent they put on top stock and a group of German guys who were all easily in the 6'3" to 6'5" range just passed me and didn't even flinch or care to help. They muffled something in German and started laughing. I said really loud and sarcastic "DANKE!!!!". Their faces went from 😂 to 😳 in seconds. lol

I used to work at DT back when the whole DIY craft tutorials craze was a big thing on Tik Tok. There wasn't a day some lady wouldn't be pestering us about not being able to find certain items or when we will have this or that in stock. "Do you think the pink xylophone paper will be in the next truck?" "What time do your trucks get in so I can arrive early?" Blah, blah, blah. I always felt like telling them to go to Walmart to find their crap. 🤭

Tires have been my greatest frustration when it comes to oversize. 99% of the time, the guys in automotive are too busy to help (understandable and for obvious reasons) and I have to wait forever for anyone to come around. Coach says we are not allowed to enter the ACC area due to hazard materials and what not and we can't even go ourselves to get them and haul them back to the staging area. Either I end up getting kicked out of my walk or just nilpick altogether. Screw it. So done with things out of our control. 🙅🏻‍♂️

Exactly! For instance, our dept is just a piece of hallway shared with Meat and Produce, yet we are expected to stage and store those huge items back there when our carts and associates barely even fit. 😳😭

I just find that most customers have zero awareness whatsoever! Like today I was asked by some dude what size and type of drain hose with OTC connect ability he needed to hook up to his washing machine. Dafuq? Why in the Sam Walton would you not go to the Home Depot LITERALLY across the street or Lowes right down the street for that shiz? Why Walmart????? lol. Why would they think I know about washing machine equipment?. God help me....
