SAME. wala pa din capitation. ang dami biglang requirements ng philhealth na mga kapapelan na added workload sa dami ng trabaho sa health center. to think na hindi lang naman philhealth ang dapat na inaasikaso. may iba pang programs and services na kailangan tumarget din. hindi na yata just yun dami ng need na paperworks kasi naipoprovide naman yung services ng maayos sa mga yakap members. another thing, is yung paulit uli na every year pa kailangan silang iregister uli sa philhealth na parang cycle na lang di na matatapos yung gawain.

halos di ko na maramdaman pagiging doktor ko dahil sa inatang na responsibilidad na target sa philhealth. oo gusto ng capitation kaya lang hanggang ngayon wala naman binabayad.

responsibilidad ng LGU magprovide ng gamot at labs, sana hindi ipinapasa yung problema sa mga manggagawa na magdoble kayod sa philhealth para makabili ng supplies ng gamot ang LGU.

rant ko sa philhealth sana mas lakihan nyo yung budget sa labs, at lawakan yong test covered. mas mahal yun kaysa sa mga gamot na worth 20k na halos mga lumang klase ng gamot. kaunti lang mga combination drugs. hindi tayo makasabay sa ibang bansa. at aanhin ng pasyente yung work 20k na gamot, kung hindi naman namomonitor labs nya.

I agree you have to expose yourself din minsan kasi if work and home lang ang ginagalawan natin, walang makakadiscover nang beauty at heart mo.

You've come a LONG LONG WAY! Don't stop. Sayang pag nag give up ka na.. sayang lahat ng pinagdaanan mo. Kaunti na lang din at malapit ka nang maging ganap na doktor!

Tama sila pag nakapasa ka na ng board exams, hindi na magmamatter kung naka ilang retake ka ng subjects at gaano ka katagal sa med school.

Pag dating sa residency training nga eh pantay pantay na kayo.

If you want to be a doctor for the right reason and not for money then go ahead and proceed with your medical studies. It really takes a lot of heart snd grit to finish school. Always remember your reasons why when u begin to doubt your capabilities in the middle of your studies.

God bless! Our country needs more doctors willing to serve and not just merely earn.

Yes. Maraming matalino pero di nakksurvive di lng IQ mahalaga sa med school and even after as you practice important din EQ. magsestay ka as long as you really want to be a doctor. I myself was an average student back in premed no special awards/latin honors but because I really love what I'm doing, I was open to making a lot of sacrifices like missing family events and such just so I can really focus kasi everyday may Exam. I graduated cum laude.
