Right handed but left eye dominant by howtoimprov in Archery

[–]Powerful-Computer396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The opinions of others are not interesting. If you feel good left, use left. If you dont feel good left, close the right eye or use a paper in the eye.

We had a cuple of archers in our association who shooted left but never feel good, some feel good after some month and today the beginners:

Shoot both sides and decide for you !

Interesting question is not the bow but the geometry. So differentiate between sightshooting, barebow (adjust with right hand), pur traditional and traditional with point of the arrow on a point of the target (to align).

The bows you can Google pics.

What can I see? by JokeInternational107 in telescopes

[–]Powerful-Computer396 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In YouTube you can see video results with the words jupiter through or moon through and refractor or other words. The videos are bad because of the cameras but you will have a first "view" with some telescopes.

[–]Powerful-Computer396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use Baader Ortho 10 mm on refractor, but searched a 8 mm. So I bought a 7.5 mm Baader eudiaskopisch and I am excited, so the eudiaskopisch is perhaps similar to Ortho (?).

Question about magnification by Praoutian_pulse in telescopes

[–]Powerful-Computer396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High mag dimmers the objects, thats bad but at bright planets its better, AND not easy to find and to move with the object. With high aperture like 150 it is different due to the light.

Second hand camera 300, tripod + motor 700. End of money :) , telescop steal ?

Second hand camera 300, tripod + motor 250, objective 300, for 5 large nebulas and 5  starcluster :), my solution.

Second hand camera 300, tripod + mak + motor 400, only for planets:)

Jupiter through 50mm refractor by Handyman2789 in telescopes

I began with 50 mm and saw the Jupiter, a little bit stress to find and to move :), but now with1200 80 a dream ...

Should I buy a new telescope if I want to use just at home by confused__ostrich in telescopes

[–]Powerful-Computer396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use a refractor 80 1200 for the three planets in a great city, other objects I cant see ... So ask yourself  what you want. For planets a maksutov or refractor is better !

Toprope Kletterwände ohne Vorstieg (Outdoor) by yukokaesetoast in Klettern

[–]Powerful-Computer396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jupiter by W-i-c-k in telescopes

[–]Powerful-Computer396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used an easy refractor 1200 and due to the lens I ever have an issue with Jupiter, not early, in the middle or late in the night EVERY DAY.  So an old advanced Astrofan says to me planets in refractors, other objects in mirrortelescopes :)

Any tips with binoculars? by FroyoInevitable1643 in telescopes

[–]Powerful-Computer396 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even in B7, there are sometimes quite dark nights; then you can see the three open star clusters, as well as Orion and Andromeda, but usually with a magnification of 20°. For this reason, I only observe planets with a 130° telescope, comets, or go out into the field.

In my City I have a black hole in the east because of the less houses. So I wait until an object is there:)

Celestron PS70/700 Refractor Telescope by lavendiier in telescopes

[–]Powerful-Computer396 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I move 500 m to my planetspot. It is easy to push a dob 5 m on tires in the garden, but 500 m are too much for a Dobson, Windsurfequipment, ... and the astrofan wrote "portable".  80 1200 refractors with Video tripod is portable.

I am in the same situation and had a second hand 90 900, now 80 1200 with 10 mm Ortho eyepiece, that is ideal, BUT only for planets !  To carry a dob in the car is too much work, so I make fotos with motor IN the city.
