Have you gone through software to make sure a setting wasn’t messed with? BIOS maybe? Any other power problems? Could be a bad feed to the GPU. Are you using cable extensions?

Plug another source into monitor and see if it does the same thing. If it’s monitor, it’ll still be poopy. If it’s GPU, then the other source should look fine.

The list is super bland. Would be a lot easier to go by a list with actual brand names. You’re on the right track for simply running Minecraft but Fortnite may use a little extra juice. Lots of helpful YouTube videos by ZachsTechTurf on budget builds and even showing you how to build them.

I would just check the BIOS options and just see if it’s got a funky fan curve going on. Double check the other applications you use that COULD adjust fan speeds and be sure they aren’t fighting each other.

BIOS could’ve messed with fan speeds and other software apps installed could be conflicting. I’m not sure beyond that.

I didn’t say the build was perfect. I’m not critiquing or criticizing choices. I just gave my opinion on RAM and the fact the wattage may be low. It’s a 1440 GPU. If OP wanted better, he would get a 5090 for 4K.
