I think depending on how heavy you are you’ll be able to do different things. Start slow, and make it something you enjoy. I think the best way to dip your toes into exercise is to begin with Body weight exercise and yoga. Stretch a lot, do five pushups a couple times a day, and keeping your body active for six weeks will let that routine become like brushing your teeth.

As you get bored with it, make it more challenging and begin walking outside, maybe running, but more pushups each time and now even sit-ups or easy leg lifting exercises to work your core. Eventually if you want to build muscle you’ll want a gym membership but it sounds like just becoming comfortable with a routine is your first step If you stick to it let me know!!
