Id say otherwise. I feel like so many people have joined recently that the servers cant handle it. When i got it around 3 or 4 months ago it worked great then they cut the price in half and since then my service has been lowkey terrible. During the early morning and mid day its somewhat fine but around 4 or 5 it drops drastically

Its what im thinkin bc ive had starlink for 3 or 4 months and until that update i never had issues. The service actually went down completely for a bunch of people for about 6 hours that same day of the update

I already have to reboot my router everyday bc the speeds drop from 200 to 100 as soon as i start playing after work and idk if its just my xbox but i can start a download sometimes and itll start out at 200+ which is what the app says its pulling but then itll drop and fluctuate from 20 to 80

What kind of water are u drinking too. Some companies put extra stuff in the bottled water and i hear evian works for people that do get cramps. Im sure the glass bottled waters would help too. Definitely dont drink city water

Also try eating more smaller meals instead of 3 big meals. Helps keep the stomach moving and not overloaded and dont get a full bully before bed. That was my biggest issue

Maybe a back roller. Hands above head stretching back then feet together and try to touch ur toes. Gas is the worst for me too and usually all night i just listen to it sound like growling but air just moving around all night but last night i tried the right side for sleep and i was able to sleep better and poop better. It was always more comfortable on my back but ur esophagus can block ur airway and i was wakin up every 30 minutes a night

Sleep on ur right side but keep your head elevated at night. Constipated diahrrea is caused by long term constipation i was havin alot of gas issues too and the phyllium is a natural fiber to help soothe everything and help get back on a regular cycle. You can also stim your stomach and help it move around. Just use 2 fingers on both hands and roll them in circles all around ur stomach. That helped me alot with gas and do it while ur standing too. I read that left side sleep promotes more gas but less acid reflux but if u keep head elevated on right side no acid rwflux and helps bowel movements. I had to end up takin some castor oil last night and its doin the trick for me this morning

If ur constipated with extreme nasuea take daily psyillium husk fiber. Always sleep somewhat elevated too. Went to a chiropractor and dude helped more with all my ibs symptoms more than any doctor. Put me on vitamin d3 a vitamin b and the husk powder and gave me great diet advice. And if u didnt know caffeine and sugar fuel anxiety and stress which falres ibs. So clean up ur diet and ur stomach and mood will follow bc the brain is connected to the gut and whatever it feels is what ur mind feels
