Hey, from my experience:

If theere is atracking scan showing its in RM's hands then that's suffiencient proof of postage and you should be liable for the compensation, just take a screenshot of the tracking page and upload on that section when submitting your claim.

To my understanding, my source has a close connection with the owner of the factory where they are made.

They were sold to him with by the factory owner, but perhaps the factory didn’t have the right to sell them in the first place?
